Elms At Tanglewood is conveniently located just off I-40 west of Winston-Salem near beautiful Tanglewood Park.

If you are headed East on I-40, take Exit 180 (Highway 801), turn right. At stoplight, turn left onto Highway 158. After you cross the Yadkin River, you will pass Tanglewood Park on the right. Proceed to Harper Road where you will turn left. After crossing over I-40, Elms At Tanglewood will be about 500 feet on the left.

From Winston-Salem, take the Tanglewood Exit. Turn right on Harper Road. Elms At Tanglewood will be approximately 500 feet on the left.
