The Elms At Tanglewood is conveniently located on Harper Road, just off Interstate 40 near Clemmons, NC. It is convenient to shopping and lodging, and many other amenities are located close by. Beautiful Tanglewood Park, with golf courses, tennis, swimming and many other family activities, is located less than a mile from Elms At Tanglewood.

We feel that Elms At Tanglewood is a truly unique assisted care community. Everything is carefully planned for the comfort and convenience of our residents and their families. From the "Ice Cream Parlor" to our outdoor exercise and walking trails, the enclosed courtyard to our spacious dining room, we've incorporated the very best planning in providing a facility that has a very special feeling. Accommodations
Residents of Elms At Tanglewood Assisted Living choose from available private or shared rooms. We encourage our residents to bring their own furniture and personal mementos to make their lifestyle as home-like as possible.

Residential Accommodations
Elms At Tanglewood is oriented to the comfort, well-being and security of our residents. We offer private and companion accommodations in spacious, well-decorated rooms. And of course the entire community is equipped with sprinklers, and protected by heat and smoke detectors, firewalls, alarms, and emergency communication devices. Elms At Tanglewood is a single story brick building, and exceeds all building and life safety codes of the State of North Carolina.

Accommodations at Elms At Tanglewood consist of either shared living or private rooms. Each room has a view of the surrounding countryside or of the attractively landscaped, enclosed courtyard.
